12 Pack of Homebrewed Beer: $30

 Texas Brown Ale (11 Bottles):

ABV: 7.1%+ | IBU: 51

MALT: 2-row, Caramel, Cara-Pils, Chocolate, Maris Otter, Smoked

HOPS: Cascade, Chinook, Simcoe

ADDITIONS: Brown Sugar, Molasses

Everything is bigger in Texas. The Texas Brown Ale (TBA) got its name for being a supercharged variant of the Brown Ale, an early craft and home brew classic; although the TBA was often too hoppy and/or bitter to be classified as such. Our version is spruced up with brown sugar and molasses to add a twist to the malty and slightly chocolatey base. We then load up on Cascade hops during the ‘late addition’ and ‘dry hop’ stages for a traditional American hop forward character.

“Bourbon Barrel Aged” American Barleywine (1 bottle)

Winner of 3rd place ribbon at 2016 MN State Fair Homebrew Competition

ABV: 10%+ | IBU: 61

MALT: 2-row, Caramel, Caramel Wheat

HOPS: Warrior, Amarillo

ADDITIONS: Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Oak Spiral

A more bitter, hop forward version of the English Barleywine, historically the strongest ale offered by early breweries. Our version has a rich, malty, sweet backbone with a slightly dry, bitter finish. High hop levels give it a fruity flavor and sweet aroma. This version has been aged on a bourbon soaked oak spiral to simulate the popular bourbon barrel aging technique.

Note: beer will be available December 18th – 23rd
